It was a great a day at the Springfield Town Center Farmer's Market!  They hold it every Saturday from May to November and I have been trying to get there forever!  Luckily all the clouds aligned and we were able to make it out and we are definitely going back!  If you like Farmer's Markets you have to checkout this one. It is so convenient, great selection and just some good old family fun.

Jalen could't pass up this fresh gelato! The peach and raspberry was flavor packed and hit the spot on a hot day!

Uncle Fred's BBQ Smoke Shack smelled fantastic!  Ren and I will be visiting that spot soon!!!

The Real Country Sausage station was delicious, there sausage was so flavorful! This stuff was flying off the table.

I can't wait to take my husband to pick up the grass-feed meat from Windmill Meadows, people really loved this vendor!  There will be a lot of good meals cooking tonight.

Maria's had some delectable fresh vegtables!

My favorite candy of the day was Cindy's Peanut butter bites. Yummo!

This sweet bubbly jams uses reduce high quality wines and champange instead of water which makes  for a flavorful jam!  My favorites were pears and pinot griogio jam and strawberry chianti jam. I will definitely pick up a jar of the pinot to go with my bri at my party!

Simply's Joes Salsa samples were very fresh tasting and the hot one had a nice smokey heat at he end that wasn't too hot.

We enjoyed the fresh, unsweetened, mint lemonade from Empenadas De Mendozaes.

Tyson Farms had the most delicious peaches, plums, and tomatoes. You can contact them at tysonfarmswv@yahoo.com.
