Is you work look a bit blah? Then I challenge you to pull out some of those summer patterns out like this watercolor top and pair them with a piece that has a bit of color. If you keep the jewelry and accessories neutral, then the pattern will become to focal point of you outfit and there is no better time to play up a floral pattern then the summer. So grab you floral and send me a pic of you meeting the Play with Pattern Challenge #soworkweekchic to soworkweekchic@hotmail.com.

Wrap Yourself in Luxury
Hey Professionistas,
Thanks to my friend Ali of Alicyn Drew Photography. I have found a new jewelry crush! Ali was sporting this fabulous Victoria Emerson wrap bracelet at work and the crystals sparkled so much they stole the show. The Victoria Emerson site has some of the best quality wrap bracelet I have seen. They have some amazing 5 band leather and vegan leather, crystal or turquoise wraps on sale for $30. They usually run around $200, so I am loving this summer sale. Wrap Bracelets are all the rage this summer because they go with everything from a wrap dress to a bikini. I know that this will be a trend that will last you through the year, so catch them while you can! Which one of my favorite 4 can you see yourself sporting this year?

Work Dress Part 1: Flying with Flavor
The spring has come and gone and we are deep into summer! I have been traveling for work to Indianapolis, IN and I have to say that I am glad to be home. I have missed you all! With all this traveling back and forth, facilitating conference after conference, I needed to find a few pieces that can pull double duty. This was my favorite dress of the season because of its vibrant color and versatile nature. I could wear it downtown or to a meeting. Here is my straight from a meeting to the airport look. I just added a scarf for the cool airplane breeze and traded my pumps for flats. What piece do you wear when you travel that can pull double duty?
